Quintus Technologies is looking for an Event & Content Coordinator


We are looking for an Event & Content Coordinator willing to work in an expansive and strongly businessoriented international company.


Quintus Technologies specializes in the design, manufacture, installation and support of high pressure systems for sheet metal forming and densification of advanced materials and critical industrial components.


Headquartered in Västerås and represented in 45 countries worldwide, the company is the world leader in high pressure technology and has delivered more than 1.900 systems to customers across the globe within industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy and medical implants.

Quintus have around 185 employees.



In this position you will be expected to interface with potential customers leads and contacts and you will have close contacts internally with the Sales Force, Site Managers and Business Development. You will be responsible for performing exhibitions and content management and you will report to the Global Marketing Manager based in Västerås.


  • Own the global calendar of events and tradeshows

  • Event management of external events

    • Design and deliver exhibition material and guidelines

    • Manage event marketing with multichannel marketing material that generates quality marketing  pipeline prospects

    • Manage and monitor suppliers for events (agencies, booth builder, tradeshows)

    • Ensure compliance with global brand and communication guidelines

    • Manage and track event expenses to budget compliance

    • Performance management and analysis

  • Administration and translation of content in various languages

    • Liase with translation agencies

    • Ensure technical language complies with Quintus expressions


Your experience and personal qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in B2B business, ideally in a field marketing environment in similar marketing role

  • Previous experience from an industrial/technical environment is an advantage

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business, communication or other related fields

  • Project management and analytical skills and experience of working with integrated marketing campaigns and event management as a team member across multiple functions and on international markets

  • Experience of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B environment

  • Knowledge of inbound marketing using marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM - Salesforce

  • Experience in digital marketing and understanding websearch marketing

  • Self-starter with the ability to translate great ideas into concrete actions

  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral

  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills

  • “People person” who is confident and has a positive personality

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office, Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite. Salesforce or similar CRM and experience of social media platforms like Youtube and LinkedIn

  • Fluent in English and Swedish. Additional language knowledge would be beneficial
